At Strike, we’re committed to delivering the best support experience in Bitcoin, and we know that sometimes a phone conversation is the most effective way to get the help you need.

Your time is valuable, so we built this feature to meet you where you are. With callback phone support, you can request a call directly from the Strike app—no waiting on hold. Just leave a quick message during operating hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM–1 PM CT, and we’ll call you back.

Request a Call Back

Requesting a callback is quick and easy. If you’re eligible, you can request a call during our operating hours directly from your Strike app with a few taps:

1. Go to your Account screen and tap “Support”
2. Select “Contact support”
3. Tap "Request a callback"
4. Follow the voicemail instructions to confirm your request

If you need assistance outside of operating hours, you can always reach us via in-app messaging or email.
