To use Send Globally, ensure your recipient is in a supported country and you have collected their necessary account details for funds to be received.

Your recipient can be your own account, a friend or family member, or a 3rd-party.

How to Send Globally

To use Send Globally, open the Strike app, visit your Cash screen and follow these steps:

1. Tap Send
2. Select Send Globally
3. Select your recipient’s country
4. Enter your recipient’s phone number and receiving account details
5. Enter a cash amount to send or tap Switch Currency to denominate in your recipient’s currency (if applicable)
6. Review the transaction and confirm the send

Your transaction will be routed through Bitcoin’s Lightning Network and delivered to your recipient.

If your recipient has a verified account with Strike’s local third-party partner, then their phone number will be the only detail needed. For recipients who don’t have such an account, you will need to provide additional receiving details, such as their name, bank name, and account number.
