The Strike referral program lets you earn $500 of fee-free trading for both you and your friend when they join Strike and buy bitcoin.
How it works
When a friend joins Strike using your referral code and makes their first bitcoin purchase, you both receive $500 of bitcoin trading fee-free. Your fee-free benefit applies immediately to your next $500 worth of bitcoin trades, including single trades, recurring purchases, or target orders, whether buying or selling. Additionally, there are no limits to the number of friends you can refer.
How to refer friends
To make a referral, ensure your Strike app is updated, then visit your 
Account screen and follow these steps:
- Tap the
“Invite friends, trade without fees” button - Copy your invite link or tap “Invite friends” to share your referral code
- Your friend downloads and joins Strike, adding your referral code during signup
- Your friend buys bitcoin and their first $500 of fee-free trading will be applied
- Once their bitcoin purchase is complete, you get your next $500 of bitcoin trades fee-free
How to check referral statuses
You can check the status of your referrals by visiting your Account screen and tapping the “Invite friends, trade without fees” button. If you have an active referral, you will see your remaining balance of fee-free trading featured at the top. You can also tap the 
Invites button in the top right corner to view the status of your referrals:
- Total referral count and benefits: Featured at the top, you can see your total completed referrals and the amount of fee-free trading you have earned so far.
- Pending referrals: If a friend has joined Strike using your referral code, but has not yet made a qualifying bitcoin purchase, their username will be shown as a “Pending” referral.
- Completed referrals: When a referred friend completes their qualifying bitcoin purchase, their username will transition from a “Pending” referral to a “Completed” referral, and be added to your referral count at the top of the screen.
Please note, for cross-region referrals, purchase requirements and benefits are denominated in each user’s own fiat cash amounts. The Strike referral program does not apply to users in the UK.
