How do I change my account information?

You can change certain information in your Strike account by tapping Account, then “Profile” and selecting the type of information to change. The below information can be changed at any time:

  • Username
  • Bio
  • Private mode

To request a change for your other account information, such as your name, email, or country, please contact our support team by following these steps:

  1. Tap Account
  2. Select Help
  3. Select “Other”
  4. Specify the information you are requesting to change

Once your request is made, our support team will reach out to you with next steps on how to update your information.
