How do I contact Strike support over the phone?
Phone support is being progressively rolled out to select eligible users in the United States. If you are eligible, you can request a phone call from a Strike support agent during available operating hours.
To request a phone call directly in the Strike app, visit your Account screen and follow these steps:
When you call the number, provide your full name, phone number with area code, and a brief description of the issue you're experiencing, and an agent will call you back as soon as possible. Please note that call backs are currently only available during the displayed operating hours.
When a Strike support agent calls you, follow these steps to verify the call:
This process helps keep your account secure by verifying that the agent you’re speaking to is genuinely from Strike, and it helps the agent verify that you are the account holder.
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from Strike support, but you don’t see a confirmation screen in your Strike app hang up immediately. Never share your Strike login information with anyone over the phone.
