You can link multiple payment methods to your Strike account to make cash deposits and withdrawals. You can read more about the different payment methods, including their benefits and limitations for depositing or withdrawing cash.
To link a payment method, follow the steps below:
Once linking is complete, you’ll be able to deposit or withdraw cash via standard ACH transfer within your account’s limits.
The steps above link an outside account into Strike. You can also go the other way and connect your Strike account from inside other apps that use Plaid, so you can easily send money to Strike from apps like Robinhood, Venmo, or Coinbase.
To connect, open that app's account-linking flow, search for and select Strike, then sign in to authorize the connection. Once Strike is connected, money you bring into Strike arrives as a direct deposit. To remove a connection, visit Plaid Portal or contact Strike support.
To verify your card, we'll initiate a small, temporary transaction containing a 4-digit verification code in the transaction’s description (STRIKE XXXX). Once you retrieve that code from your bank transaction history, return to the Strike app and input the code by following the debit card steps 1 and 2 shown above. The verification transaction typically appears within seconds to minutes, but may take longer depending on your bank. The transaction will be removed as soon as your card is successfully verified or after 7 days if the card isn’t verified.
Deposits via wire transfer are initiated from your bank, whereas wire withdrawals can be initiated via Strike, but will require your bank’s wire transfer routing number.
