Send Globally is a way for you to send cash internationally and have it received as local currency in your recipient’s bank, debit card, or mobile money account. Send Globally uses the Bitcoin Lightning Network to make your international transfer, without you or your recipient owning bitcoin.

How it works:

1. You add your recipient’s bank or mobile account details
2. You enter a cash amount to send and tap “Confirm”
3. Your cash is converted into bitcoin
4. The bitcoin is sent to the third-party partner operating in the recipient’s country
5. The partner converts the bitcoin into local currency
6. The local currency is deposited in the recipient’s specified bank or mobile account

The transaction can complete in as little as a few seconds, depending on the country and specified receiving method. It’s a cash-to-foreign-currency transaction, made possible through Bitcoin.
