What should I do if I encounter a scam?

If you have reason to believe that there’s been unauthorized activity on your Strike account, please contact support@strike.me immediately from your Strike account email to secure your account.

If you encounter a suspected scam, it’s best to avoid responding to messages, clicking on links, or divulging any personal information to the suspected scammers. You can also use the block, mute, or report features in your email, phone or social media app to prevent future communication from that individual. If the suspected scam is related to your Strike account, please report it to support@strike.me.
