## How to message Strike inside the app

You can open a support request from your <UserIcon /> “Account” screen:

1. Tap <QuestionIcon /> “Help”
2. Choose a topic for your request
3. Describe the issue you’re facing
4. Tap the white check icon to submit

After you submit, you can view and reply to your requests under <ChatIcon /> “Support” on the same screen.

## How to email Strike

Write to <SupportEmail /> from the address associated with your Strike account.

Keep sensitive material like financial documents or ID copies out of your first email. When a document is needed, you’ll receive a secure link to upload it.
