## How to receive from a bitcoin wallet

You can copy or share your Lightning address by tapping the <UserIcon /> icon in the upper-right corner of the mobile app. By tapping <ArrowDownIcon /> “Receive”, you can also get a Lightning invoice or a unique on-chain address. A new on-chain address is generated every time it’s used, but funds will be added to your balance even if you reuse it.

There are no fees to receive any amount kept as bitcoin. If you opt to convert the proceeds to cash upon arrival automatically, Strike applies a 1% spread to the conversion.


## How to request payments from other Strike users

You can request cash or bitcoin by tapping <ArrowDownIcon /> “Receive” under the respective balances, and then <AtIcon /> “Username”.

## How to receive tips

Anyone who visits your personal tipping web page (https://strike.me/@username) can pay you. You can [change your username](/support/how-do-i-update-account-details).
