How to message Strike inside the app

You can open a support request from your “Account” screen:

  1. Tap “Help”
  2. Choose a topic for your request
  3. Describe the issue you’re facing
  4. Tap the white check icon to submit

After you submit, you can view and reply to your requests under “Support” on the same screen.

How to email Strike

Write to [email protected] from the address associated with your Strike account.

Keep sensitive material like financial documents or ID copies out of your first email. When a document is needed, you’ll receive a secure link to upload it.
