Just as your employer can deposit your salary into your bank account, they can pay you directly into your personal Strike account, in full or in part. You can receive your pay in dollars or automatically convert any percentage into bitcoin when it arrives. No fees apply to the portion received in dollars. You can convert up to $20,000 per month into bitcoin with no fees, and above that, trading fees apply. Direct deposits are unlimited.

To get the banking details:

  1. Tap “Account”
  2. Tap “Direct deposit”
  3. Tap the icon to edit the percentage that gets automatically converted to bitcoin upon arrival
  4. Share your unique account and routing numbers with your employer
  5. Export the PDF form if your employer requires one. Make sure your employer supports partial direct deposits before setting a custom amount.

Eligible customers using a supported payroll provider can receive deposits of up to $10,000 as early as two days before their scheduled pay date. Early availability depends on when the deposit is submitted. Most providers qualify, but not all, so ask yours whether it supports early posting.

If you have a line of credit, you can also opt to pay down your principal automatically once each paycheck arrives, before the remainder is added to your cash balance or converted into bitcoin.

Non-paycheck direct deposits are received entirely as cash.
