Pause recurring buys instead of canceling

A recurring purchase that fails three times in a row now pauses instead of canceling. Fix the cause, such as a payment method issue, and resume from the “bitcoin tab” without setting the schedule up again or losing its fee-free status. A failed purchase is retried up to 3 times first.
