What should I do if I encounter a problem?

If you encounter a problem with Send Globally, there are different actions you can take to address the issue.

Failing to send

Below are the likely causes of failures to send:

  • You have an insufficient cash balance
  • The amount was below the minimum threshold
  • The amount exceeded your personal limit or the maximum threshold
  • The recipient’s name or account information was entered incorrectly or could not be found
  • The recipient is unable to receive money via this feature

Failing to receive

If your money was successfully sent from your cash balance, but has not yet been delivered to your recipient, please be aware that some transactions take longer to complete depending on the receiving method. As you confirm the transaction, you will be provided with an estimated time of delivery.

If your money has not been delivered within an hour past the estimated time of delivery, or if you encounter other problems, please contact support by following these steps:

  1. Tap Account
  2. Select Help
  3. Select “Payments”
  4. Specify your encountered problem
